Our Shipping Process
All products at The ClothSmith are made-to-order, meaning we create your item specifically for you after you place your order. This personalized approach ensures quality and minimizes waste.
Once your order is placed, here’s what happens:
- Order Processing: We begin processing your order within 2-4 business days. During this time, your custom apparel is carefully crafted and prepared for dispatch.
- Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link so you can easily monitor your package’s journey.
Delivery Times
We partner with reliable third-party vendors, like Qikink, to ensure your order reaches you efficiently across India.
- Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on your specific location within India.
Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times. While we strive to meet them, actual delivery can vary.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All prices listed on our website are in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST.
Important Notes on Delivery
- Delivery Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that delays can sometimes occur due due to external factors beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, local disruptions (such as bandhs or hartals), or unforeseen courier delays. The ClothSmith is not responsible for such delays, and no refunds or cancellations will be provided solely on the basis of these external factors.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
- Receiving Your Order: We recommend having someone available at the shipping address to receive your package. If you are unavailable, the courier service may attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for pickup at a local facility.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: While rare, if your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at additional.member0@gmail.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
